What We Collect

Emails You Send Us

Apart from the metafield check below, this website has no sign-up or contact forms, and we do not ask for your name or email address. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We don’t collect this information automatically. You choose to provide it.

Metafield Check Uploads

If you use the free metafield check, you give us your email address and upload your Shopify products export. The export contains your product catalog (titles, descriptions, prices, metafields), not customer data.

You can also choose to list your store on clmbrs.com, our public leaderboard of Shopify stores by findability. The default is not to be listed. Listed anonymously, we publish your rank, score, main product category, catalog size band and country; listed by name, also the store name and domain you give us. We never publish your email or your report. To be removed, email hello@sixfit.ai.

Cookies and Tracking

We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to show relevant advertisements on other platforms. These tools set non-essential cookies on your browser. How they are governed depends on where you are:

• EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland — these tools load only after you accept themvia the cookie banner. If you reject or take no action, the services below do not run (Google’s tags load in a privacy-preserving mode that sets no cookies and sends only aggregated, non-identifying measurement).
• Other regions (including the United States)— these tools load by default, and you can opt out at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we honor automatically.

When you arrive through one of our ads (a link with campaign tags such as utm_campaign), we also count that visit ourselves, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. We record only the campaign tags, the pages opened, time on site, whether “Book a call” was clicked, your country and whether you use a phone or a computer. We do not record your IP address or any identifier, so these counts cannot be linked to you. When you open our booking link (sixfit.ai/book, for example from a report we sent you), we count that in the same way, with or without campaign tags. On clmbrs.com we count a click on the link to the free check instead of “Book a call”, and that link carries the campaign tags over to sixfit.ai.

sixfit.ai and clmbrs.com use the same tools. Where those tools are allowed to run, Google Analytics treats a visit that moves from one site to the other as a single visit.

The tools we use:

• Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js)— measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, sessions). Google may collect anonymized usage data. Google’s privacy policy
• Google Ads— used for advertising retargeting. Google may collect anonymized browsing data. Google’s privacy policy
• Meta Pixel— used for advertising retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may collect anonymized browsing data. Meta’s privacy policy
• LinkedIn Insight Tag— used for advertising retargeting and conversion measurement on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may collect anonymized browsing data. LinkedIn’s privacy policy

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the website footer.

How We Use Your Information

Emails you send us are used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry.

Metafield check uploads are used to prepare your report and to email it to you, and we may follow up once about the results.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

• Consent— Our analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) run only with your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• Legitimate interest— When you email us, we have a legitimate interest in using your email address and message to reply to you.
• Your request— When you use the metafield check, we process your email address and products export to deliver the report you asked for.

Who Gets Your Information

Your information may be shared with the following services:

• Google(analytics & advertising) — receives anonymized usage and browsing data through Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag. Google’s privacy policy
• Meta(advertising) — receives anonymized browsing data through the Meta Pixel for advertising purposes. Meta’s privacy policy
• LinkedIn(advertising) — receives anonymized browsing data through the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising and conversion measurement. LinkedIn’s privacy policy
• Slack(internal notifications) — receives your email address and report summary when you use the metafield check, so our team can send you the report. Slack’s privacy policy

We do not sell your information.

How Long We Keep It

Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer them and manage our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

Metafield check uploads and reports are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — ask us what information we have about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to delete your information
• Portability — ask for a copy of your information in a standard format

Where Your Data Is Stored

Our website is hosted on servers in the European Union (Germany).

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following additional rights:

• Right to know — What personal information we collect and how we use it
• Right to delete — Request deletion of your personal information
• Right to opt out — Opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Right to non-discrimination — We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights

We do not sellpersonal information for money. However, our advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads) may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out of this at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request.

Do Not Track

Our analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) only run if you accept cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings, Meta’s ad preferences, and LinkedIn’s ad settings.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
